— Working together

Scope first.
Then the number.

We work out what you actually need first, then quote it properly — one price, what's included, what isn't, in writing. The first conversation costs nothing.

— How a project runs
01

A conversation, not a form

Half an hour, on the phone or over a coffee. You tell us what's in the way; we ask the questions nobody asked last time. No slides, no pitch.

02

The scope, in writing

A short document: what we're building, what it needs to do, what's yours to provide, and what is deliberately left out. You read it, we adjust it, you sign off on it.

03

One price

Fixed for the scope we agreed. If something changes on the way, we say what it costs before we do it — never after.

04

Build, with you in the loop

You see real progress at set points, not a reveal at the end. Questions get answered the same day; decisions get written down.

05

Handover and the year after

Everything set up in your name, with a plain-language note on how it works. Then we stay reachable — the first weeks after launch are where the small things show up.

A quote includes

A quote doesn't include

— The tools are different

Subscriptions, not projects.

Cotorras, Faro and the rest are priced on their own, per company or per community, never per person. You can take one without a project, and a project without one. The numbers are on each tool's page.

— Let's talk

Tell us what's
in the way.

Every project starts with a conversation. The first one's free, and it's usually the most useful half hour of the whole thing.
