Per-seat pricing turns every new hire into a finance conversation. Faro is one flat price per company. Take on three people for the season and the invoice doesn't move.
Overtime comes from time genuinely worked, per person, not from what was scheduled — and holiday never creates overtime. Everything is stored in UTC, so a clock change can't quietly move somebody's Sunday.
Time off isn't a note in another app. Once approved, the person is simply unavailable — they can't be scheduled by accident. Swaps run through the same place, with a record of who agreed to what.
