The noticeboard keeps posts by topic — events, lost property, general. Last summer's pool rota is still findable in November, and nobody has to scroll a year of birthday emoji to get to it.
A broken light or a leaking tap goes in with a photo and a status. Open, in progress, resolved — visible to everyone, so the same fault isn't reported six times and nobody has to chase.
Residents choose what neighbours can see. Contact details are private unless someone shares them, which is what actually gets people to join a community app rather than opt out of it.
Set up in Spanish or English, per person, on first login. A Costa Blanca community isn't one nationality, and the app shouldn't pretend otherwise.
